Online Booking Questions
An online deposit is taken to secure the appointment. The deposit is taken off the treatment and the remainder is paid in salon at time of appointment.
Please reschedule and cancel as soon as possible. Appointments can be changed or cancelled up until 24 hours prior to the appointment. After 24 hours fee’s incur.
We have the cancellation period in place so it gives us enough time to call our waitlist or give the opportunity to fill our appointment book.
Online deposit refunds
Online deposits are fully refunded back to the account it was paid by if cancelling more than 24 hours before the appointment time.
Rescheduling, cancelling and amending appointments
In your profile up until 24 hours before your appointment you can reschedule, cancel or change your treatment. Login to your online account and all future appointment details will be there. You can also rebook previous treatments, and therapists from your online profile.
Using Gift vouchers for online deposits
Currently we are unable to use a gift voucher to make an online deposit. It is a feature we are working on for the future.
To reset your password under the login click ‘Forgot your password’ and the link will be sent to your email. Check spam/junk folder
We always endeavour to make your treatment exactly to your needs. There is a notes function at the end of the booking to add in any special requests. To add in any extra treatments please contact us directly to arrange.
