Salon Etiquette
At Skin Deep we know your time is precious. We always endeavour to make sure your appointments run on-time and are completed at a high standard with exceptional client service.
Appointments can be made via ONLINE or phoning the clinic on (03) 9650 9863
We ask that you:
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for a cancellation
- All cancelations must be done via phone on 9650 9863
- Cancellation within 24 hours may incur a full payment for treatment Failure to show for an appointment results in a full payment of the treatment
- Bookings of over 1 hour require a credit card or pre-payment to secure the appointment.
- Groups of 2 or more require a 50% deposit to secure the appointment, for groups we require 72 hours’ notice for cancelations.
- If there has been a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours, a full pre-payment is required to secure any further appointment.
- First time clients require a 50% deposit to secure the appointment
- Please note we do not tolerate inappropriate behaviour and re-booking is at our discretion
As we are a busy salon, please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change or reduce treatments for an appointment.
We often have cancellation lists running so this allows us to fill allow another client the opportunity for an appointments
